Additional Charges: $300 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $2,500 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 water and $300 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, that amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.

Optional Insurances: Accidental Damage Insurance :$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Utilities There is a cap on the electricity of $300 and water of $150 per month. The owner pays up to this amount. If usage charges are applied the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided for your records. If you choose to run the A/C extra cold or leave the water running for a long period of time, the utility bills can increase significantly, therefore we ask our guests to assume the cost for the additional usage. This dock/boat basin accommodates one boat up to 40’ in length and can accommodate a second boat under 20’. A copy of the registration including proof of ownership and Proof of liability insurance is required to dock your boat at this property. A copy of the Declarations Page showing a minimum of $100,000 is required prior to arrival.
