Monthly Rental $1550
The house is an 1925 Tybee Cottage. You would be on the second floor with two stairways out. Three porches, include front screened- being redone as we speak, and the side porch as well as a back porch. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two sets of bund beds. There is a breakfast bar and living area. It is 850 square feet. The porches measure approximately 1450 square feet. The back stairway has a heated outdoor shower under it. With the shared laundry and gas grill off the back patio. The front stairs has a storage area under it plus the storage under the front porch holds all the beach chairs, carts, wagon, and trivia for the beach. The excess kitchen equipment is housed there as well.
The driveway holds two cars for you and one for me. It is not covered, but is a stone paved drive. The house is advertised on Airbnb and VRBO as The Summer House. Traditionally it is rented during the summer with half of the downstairs as well, however, I have chosen to keep that myself this winter. The extra bedroom and bath are NOT part of the winter rental.
The house is equipped with everything you need except food, beach towels, and toiletries.
It is located within walking distance from the Tybee Market in a residential area. In a safe neighborhood, yet close enough to walk to almost everything on the island. You can easily walk "Down Front" to the pier and pavilion area with shops and restaurants and the beach is 2 blocks away.

Utilities The heat is electric and all utilities are paid. Gas grill located in the rear. Two garbage cans, one recycling. Local phone calls, can be removed if preferred. Internet service and cable tv with the movie channels and sports too.
