This first floor condo has Country pine grey flooring through out and the walls are a light grey/blue tint. It is nice and very bright. It is a side, end unit with extra windows to let in natural light. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender and toaster. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. There is a TV with VCR and a DVD player in the living area and another TV in the bedroom. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. Linens are provided and coin laundry facilities are easily accessible on the same floor. We do not provide beach towels, but we do have 4 beach chairs for your use.There are two pools and three tennis courts for your enjoyment. This unit has a secured private wireless internet.

You must be 21 to rent.
Only one parking space per condo.
You will be issued a parking pass which must be place in the driver's front window while parked in the complex.
Please do not hang towels over the balcony railing.

Long terms for Nov-Feb. : First month $1350 includes Rate ($1094.69) taxes ($155.31) and a one time cleaning ($100.00) second and third months would be $975 each, March, the beginning of the spring season, however, is $1600, no taxes or cleaning added to 2 and 3rd consecutive month. Checks or money orders are preferable for long term. Weekly: A one time clean/exit fee of $73.45 is added to each weekly or daily booking and Ga/Tybee taxes of 13%. We are not beachfront, but you can see the ocean and ships passing from our balcony.
The view is across the parking/pool area and ocean beyond that. We have a picture taken from the balcony.
